Meet Juliette, a seasoned Sales and Events Maestro whose love for hospitality was ignited during her high school years. Her journey began with a traineeship at The Brisbane Polo Club, where she learned the art of white glove and silver service, setting the stage for her remarkable career in the industry.

From there, Juliette embraced the dynamic atmosphere of Pig and Whistle at Indooroopilly, swiftly climbing the ranks from Restaurant Supervisor to Events Manager, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to excellence. Fuelled by a thirst for adventure, she embarked on a transformative two-year journey across the United Kingdom, lending her talents to the renowned Gastro Pub, The Kings Head in Winchmore Hill, and exploring the rich cultures of Europe along the way.

Returning home, Juliette found herself at Bretts Wharf Seafood Restaurant, where she began as a Restaurant Coordinator and, over seven fulfilling years, rose to the position of Wedding and Events Sales Manager. Her expertise and dedication were instrumental in orchestrating flawless events, from intimate gatherings to lavish galas.

With the closure of Bretts Wharf, Juliette embarked on a new chapter as the Business Development and Sales Manager with The Pony Dining group, contributing to the launch of a prestigious restaurant in the lively Eagle Street Pier precinct. Embracing motherhood, she took a temporary hiatus to care for her son, only to return with renewed vigor and enthusiasm.

A serendipitous encounter at the Tenerife Festival led Juliette to join forces with Javier Codina at Moda on Edward Street. Following a brief maternity leave after the birth of her daughter, she eagerly resumed her role at the enchanting new location at The Barracks, now known as Moda Tapas Brasa Bar.

Juliette’s journey is a testament to her unwavering dedication to the art of hospitality, seamlessly blending skills, experience, and a global perspective into every endeavor she undertakes.
