The state’s capital will house the official opening of Queensland’s newest 10 day culinary event. The launch event for Winterfeast 2016, will take place at the award winning MODA Restaurant in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD.
Javier Codina and his team, in conjunction with Indulge Café & Bistro Head Chef, Amanda Hinds, will present ‘Javier and Amanda’s table’. It will deliver sensational inspired dishes, created with only the best and freshest produce from the Bundaberg and North Burnett Regions. The produce itself will be hand delivered to the restaurant, embodying the authentic farm to plate experience. Excitement is brewing with Javier creating a magnificent rustic feast, influenced by his Catalan heritage – showcasing Bundaberg to Barcelona on a plate.
In bringing the best of Bundaberg to Brisbane, and introducing some of the exceptional farmers to the city, Javier and Amanda will deliver a delicious menu featuring their ingredients from the very unique regions of Bundaberg and North Burnett.
