Javier Codina Catalan chef and Queensland PorkStar, is celebrating the much loved and very versatile pig with a ‘one-of’ unique ‘Javier’s Table.

Guests will indulge in seven shared courses including various cuts prepared in distinctively different ways – air-dried, cured, smoked, grilled, braised, baked much more…

The pig ‘Sus domesticus,’ with its husbandry dating back beyond 5000BC, is one of the world’s most loved and consumed meats.

Mitch Edwards, National Marketing Manager from Australian Pork and creator of PorkStar, now in its 11th year, will join in the celebration.

It is time to indulge in juicy, complex, rich and flavoursome pork (and piglet) plus a non-piggy dessert and a glass of cava on arrival.
