This unique dinner, hosted by two extraordinary chefs and best friends, celebrates the evolution of Spain’s diverse cuisine with rustic dishes by Javier Codina and modern courses by Pablo Tordesillas.

Although both chefs emanate from fine dining restaurants, Javier will be showcasing full flavoured authentic dishes that evolved over many centuries by a diverse range of cultures to form what is now regarded as traditional Spanish cuisine.

Due to very deservedly and internationally acclaimed modern Spanish restaurant food, the world is now in awe of the accomplishments of these avant-garde Spanish chefs.  Moda are thrilled that Pablo has agreed to bring his innovation and superb culinary skills to this very special event.
